This notepad is A6 in size. There are 50 tear off sheets that are brightly coloured (like all of our items).

Children and adults can use this easy to use notepad and it’s a great size to carry in your bag! There is a section for your brain dump notes and a section for those happy, smiley notes. It’s important, when addressing the negative things in our lives, to also think about the positives in our lives. Often, when we are feeling down, we forget about all of the good things. People tend to focus on the bad things.

We have lots of other notepads available in our shop. We think that our Worry Jar notepad would work perfectly with this one!
